Our Services

At M.E. Time Psychological Wellness, we offer a comprehensive array of mental health services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals.

Our approach is rooted in a commitment to providing a sophisticated and compassionate environment where healing can thrive.

Therapeutic Services: We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, employing evidence-based techniques that encompass cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Each session is personalized to address the unique challenges faced by our clients, fostering deeper understanding and self-discovery.

  • Dealing with chronic medical conditions can be an isolating and invalidating journey. Many of my clients have spent years, if not decades, searching for solutions. Medical providers address the physical pain, but what about the emotional pain that comes from dealing with chronic issues?

  • Navigating sexual and gender identity can be a confusing time on its own, made worse when dealing with a society who is not always accepting. Those negative messages from people who do not understand can be quite harmful, especially when we start to believe those messages about ourself. Being a member of the community myself, I know all too well the importance of having a safe and non-judgmental space.

  • Unprocessed trauma can significantly affect many areas of our lives. I specialize in trauma-focused treatments designed to help individuals process these experiences and heal. Together, we work on understanding how trauma has impacted how you view yourself, others and how you maneuver in the world, while building skills to manage stress. These therapies often involve gradually confronting painful memories, shifting unhelpful beliefs, and practicing new coping strategies so you can get back to a life you believe is worth living.

  • Hormone therapy for gender dysphoria is a common route taken by some individuals who are within the LGBTQ+ community. Mental health clearance is often needed by medical providers and we are able to provide evaluations/clearance letters to present to your medical team.

If your provider needs a letter from a mental health provider clearing you prior to bariatric surgery, a comprehensive assessment, and subsequent report, can be completed and provided to your medical team.
