Hi, I’m Dr. Marilisa Raju
A licensed Clinical Psychologist based out of Southern California. I have several years of experience working with vulnerable populations. Being an ethnic minority myself, and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it is crucial to me to provide care that is affirming of multiple identities that an individual holds.
I run a fully remote private practice based out of Riverside county. Therapy can feel intimidating and scary, but therapy from the comfort of home can lessen those feelings. I tend to see clients who have busy lives, but are struggling to prioritize themselves and their needs due to a range of issues: chronic pain, depression, anxiety, or questioning sexual or gender identity, just to name a few.
I received my predoctoral residency training through the APA-accredited Southwest Consortium in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There, I spent much of my time at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center where I began to develop my passion for working with veterans managing chronic pain along with veterans who were questioning their sexual or gender identity.
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, Los Angeles. I was then selected to stay at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center to complete an APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship in healthy psychology, focusing on chronic pain management and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy.
I have vast clinical experience in working with individuals from various walks of life. While I utilize a number of strategies and evidence-based therapies in my work with clients, the most valuable resource I can offer you is an empathic, non-judgmental, honest, and vulnerable space and relationship, where you have room to fully explore yourself and exactly what you want for your life.
You are so much more than your current circumstances and you hold value beyond what you realize. Let me help you on your journey.

Hi, I’m Dr. Ericka Ramirez-Solis
I am a Clinical Psychologist with specialized training working within community mental health settings and Veteran Affairs medical centers, where I focus on the complex and multifaceted nature of mental health issues such as PTSD and trauma-related stress disorders. My expertise extends to addressing a diverse array of co-occurring psychopathologies, particularly within ethnically and sexually diverse populations that often face marginalization and unique societal challenges.
As a holistic and multi-culturally informed clinician, I prioritize understanding the cultural and societal factors that inform the experiences of my clients. This approach is pivotal in treating individuals and couples as it allows me to tailor interventions that respect and reflect the lived realities of those I serve. I employ a comprehensive methodology that includes the assessment of mental health needs through thorough evaluations, the provision of constructive feedback, and collaborative treatment planning. My commitment to employing evidence-based protocols ensures that the strategies I implement are grounded in the latest psychological research and best practices.
In addition to these core competencies, I am dedicated to fostering greater understanding of mental health through psychoeducation. I employ Socratic dialogue techniques to provoke thoughtful reflection, enhance insights, and address ambivalence, promoting a sense of agency among my clients. By integrating motivational enhancement strategies, I facilitate their journey toward self-awareness and resilience. I remain steadfast in my mission to destigmatize mental health issues, illuminating their importance in overall well-being.
Looking ahead, I am eager to continue my professional journey, expanding my contributions to the field of psychology through clinical practice, education, advocacy, and mentorship. My aspiration is not only to enhance individual lives but also to advance the collective understanding and acceptance of mental health in our society, nurturing a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.
